Amy Kim

Faculty

Amy was born in South Korea and moved to Dallas, Texas, at the age of 16. She attended the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis. During graduate school, Amy worked as a behavior technician at Kristin Farmer Autism Center and participated in research labs involving instruction with high school students and animal training. Before joining Morningside Academy in the fall of 2023, Amy completed a virtual internship with Morningside in 2020 and attended the Morningside Summer Institute in 2023. Outside of teaching, Amy enjoys spending time with her cats, singing, drawing, photography, and skiing.
