I don't understand why we don't have more of these all over US. My son is all the way here in Maryland needing something like this. A little jealous, but happy these kiddos get this opportunity.

Morningside faculty have spent the last several days learning about Direct Instruction reading curriculum with National Institute for Direct Instruction (NIFDI)trainer Tamara. We've learned a lot, had a lot of fun and can't wait to see students back at school on Thursday!

This year, Morningside will be working hard toward the goal of having phone- free classrooms for students. Student phones will be stored in this beautiful vintage card catalog, which was donated by one of our wonderful parents, in our lobby during class time.
