Nicolle joined the Morningside team as Director of Operations in August 2022. She received her Master’s in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Washington and has been supporting students with disabilities in schools, summer programs, home, and clinic settings since 2008. Before joining Morningside, Nicolle supported students with the highest levels of need in ten public schools in the Greater Seattle Area. She also taught a course on behavior (SPED472-Behavior Assessment and Intervention) for Western Washington University’s Teacher Education Outreach Program for four years as an Adjunct Professor. She began her ABA career in Precision Teaching and is thrilled to be back in a Precision Teaching school! Nicolle is especially excited to be teaching math. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, snuggling cats, crafting, going on neighborhood walkabouts, caring for her many houseplants, and reading.
